Warranty Information

Product shipped from Smash it Sports Canada is eligible for manufacturer warranty. The length of the period of this warranty varies depending on the specific product and manufacturer. Please contact our staff at ca.warranty@smashitsports.com to start your warranty process.

Please do not ship warranty product back to store until approved from Smash it Sports Canada staff. Any product sent back to us without prior consent will not be processed until you reach out to us. We will not contact you about product sent to us. Anything received and not claimed via a warranty email will become the property of SIS Canada after 30 days.

Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to AND from Smash it Sports Canada. Please allow up to 10 business days for the warranty to be processed once we receive your product.
